- 8% is nowhere near enough of a cut to military spending. We have 10 times more military force than we could ever use, so let's cut the military budget by 90%. And use the savings to rebuild our infrastructure, to lower the Medicare age, and in other ways to make life better for the American people.

- It is ridiculous to label them "best run" and "worst run." They are simply richest and poorest. Their success - or lack of it - is not a function of the quality of city government, but simply of the wealth of the inhabitants.
